3. To enter, participants must submit the entry form above, including a response to the competition question 'What's your go-to teacher thank you gift'.
4. Limit one entry per person.
5. Five winners will be selected. Eacher winner will receive one prize pack as detailed above. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
