Look for the floating pink Rewards icon in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.

Tap the icon to reveal the Rewards panel, then click "Join now" to activate your account.

1. To turn points into a reward, click the floating pink Rewards icon in the bottom left of your screen.

2. Log in in to your account.

3. Next, click on Ways to redeem. If you have enough points accred, there will be a Redeem button.

4. Use the slider to select the amount of points you would like to spend, then click Redeem.

5. You'll receive an exclusive discount code ready to use at the checkout on your next purchase.

Need time to shop? Your code will be stored in your Rewards account until you're ready to use it.

We first launched the SPP Rewards Program on the 2nd June 2022.

The good news is, any orders placed after this date will have accrued points - even if you haven't signed up to the program yet!

The SPP Rewards Program recognises your email address (even as a guest) and attaches points to your email address. Once you join the rewards program, your old purchases and accrued points should be visible.

1. To earn a birthday reward each year, click the floating pink Rewards icon in the bottom left of your screen.

2. Ensure you are logged in in to your account.

3. Next, click on Ways to earn. You will see the option to Celebrate a birthday. Click on the button to add or edit your birthday date.

4. Each year, you'll automatically receive points on your birthday!

Tip: Add your birthday at least one month in advance to be eligible to receive points.
