Pre-order Items

If your order contains both pre-order and in stock items, your order will be dispatched in one parcel once ALL items are available.

Please refer to individual preorder product listings for estimated arrival or release date of products.

IN-STOCK ITEMS

We know that you want your beautiful SPP items as soon as possible. We will dispatch your order as quickly as we can. This is usually within 1-3 business days. However, in peak seasons including planner launches and sale periods, extended wait times of 14+ days for dispatch from our warehouse can be experienced. We are a small team and kindly ask for your patience.

Worldwide shipping

We love that our products are finding homes overseas! International Shipping Rates vary based on location and parcel size. Your shipping rate will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
Please note that customs, import fees and taxes may be charged. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer.

All parcels are shipped from Australia.

exchanges + refunds

We want you to love your Steph Pase products so we offer a 14-day change of mind exchange store credit policy, excluding digital downloads.

Change of mind: Items must be safely returned to us at the customer's expense, unopened and in their original packaging and condition, with proof of purchase. Your return value will be credited to you in a store credit by email. Please select your items with care, as refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty.

Faulty Items: Should you find your item faulty we will provide a replacement product or where not possible, refund the item.

Seconds: We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on 'seconds stock' products. Please understand that Imperfect, or 'Seconds Stock' products are discounted as they may be slightly damaged. Refer to individual product listings for more information.

Digital downloads: No refund or exchange is available on digital downloads or other digital products.
