Health Reset FAQ's

When does this round of the Health Reset start? 
It kicks off on Monday 17th July 2023.

I've signed up to the Health Reset - now what?
Congratulations! You will soon receive a welcome email to give you all the info you need to get ready! If you have ordered the Reset with the Health Journal, our team will be working to have your journal on it's way to you ASAP! From 29 June, the doors to the Facebook Community will be open for you to join and link with like-minded people. From the 3rd July, keep your eye on emails - you will receive your Recipe and Workout E-books. 
From Monday 17th July, you will receive Monday weekly emails for the 8 weeks with your weekly module and weekly inspiration! 

I participated in the Health Reset 2.0 version in 2022, can I join this round?
Yes! Absolutely, health is a forever focus. If you joined us in the 2022 round, and would like to be a part of this round too you will get so much out of this 2023 version - and so much fresh content! In true Steph style, this 2023 Reset is a little different, bigger and better than the former version. Sometimes a refresher or refocus on our health can be just what we need to get back on track to consistently positive health! It's all about balance and building those lasting habits, so we would love to have past participants joining us again, and bringing their own experience to the group. 

Are there gluten free, dairy free, vegan or vegetarian options?
Yes, there are different options throughout the recipe book to alter certain recipes to make them fulfil certain dietary requirements. Please contact us if you have any further questions. 


What workout equipment do I need for the home workouts?
All of this equipment can be purchased from any good sporting retailer, and usually Kmart, Target and BigW also stock items such as these.

  • A resistance band (thin)
  • Booty Band
  • Set of Dumbbells 
  • Kettlebell 
  • Yoga Mat 

WEIGHT GUIDANCE FOR EQUIPMENT
Dumbbells:
Beginner (Upper Body): 2-5kgs 
Beginner (lower Body): 5-8kgs
Intermediate (upper Body): 4-6kgs
Intermediate (lower body: 10-15kgs
Advanced (upper body): 6+kgs
Advanced (lower body):15kgs+

Kettlebells:
Beginners: 6 and/or 8kg
Intermediate: 10 and/or 12kg, 
Advanced: 12 and/or 14kg

When buying your equipment I advise you try a couple of reps of bicep curls, shoulder press and squats so you can see what feels best. Please note this is a rough guide.


Is this challenge pregnancy friendly?
No, this challenge is not suitable for pregnancy. 


Can I do this program postpartum?
Full clearance from your doctor or physio is needed to do this challenge postpartum. It is so important to be cleared for exercise post pregnancy. 


Can I do this program if I have an injury?
We recommend getting professional advice from a doctor or physio on what exercises you are able to do depending on your certain situation. If you decide to complete this program we advise you to do so only with guidance from your physio, doctor or personal trainer to avoid physical injury. 


Can I buy the Health Reset program without the Health Journal?
Yes, if you already have a copy of our Health Journal that you wish to use throughout your Health Reset, there are two listings available for this program. One is the entire package including the physical Health Journal Product. The other is the entire package, excluding the Health Journal only, so add the listing without the Health Journal to your cart. 

Can I buy the health journal on its own?
The health journal is currently only available to participants of the challenge. You will be able to purchase the Health Journal on it’s own once we receive our next restock within the coming months.


Can I do this program from home?
Yes, there is a home workout program so you can complete the entire program from home with a few pieces of equipment.


What level of fitness do you need to join?
You can be anywhere from beginner to advanced fitness level. You can alter the intensity of each workout by using lighter weight or no weight, and there is plenty of guidance provided within your workout book. Also we recommend how many sets/reps for each fitness level.


How many workouts per week?
There are 4 mandatory workouts per week and you will also receive a bonus workout book with optional extra workouts to add, if you wish to. 


Is there a meal plan?
No, there is a recipe book full of healthy recipes and snack ideas to help guide you. We also educate you on how to create your own meal plan based on your personal preferences and lifestyle. This is not your typical challenge as this is about educating you to create long lasting lifestyle changes. 


I am from outside Australia, can I join the challenge?
Absolutely! You will just need to pay International shipping of your Health Journal. All other information, equipment and recipe ingredients are not limited to Australia.


Will the challenge be running again?
I do aim to be running a version of the Health Reset challenge at least once a year.


When will I get access to the Facebook Community Group?
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, we will ensure that those who make the request (following the instruction of providing their order number) are accepted to the Health Reset Community Facebook Group for 2023 ASAP prior to the start date.
