Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is not possible if it doesn't actually fit into your life. Before you make big changes to your lifestyle, ask yourself 'Can I picture myself doing this forever?' If the answer is no, you're not doing it. Just because Barbara goes to Pilates ten times a week, doesn't mean you have to. Don't do things you hate.
