Simply tap on the floating Rewards icon on the SPP website in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
This will pop out into a launcher where you can "Join now" to activate your account.
We first launched the SPP Rewards Program on the 2nd June 2022.
This means any of your orders after this date would have accrued points - even if you didn't sign up to the VIP program yet.
This is because the SPP Rewards Program recognises your email address (even as a guest) and attaches points to your email address - even if you don't have an official account setup yet!
To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into the rewards panel on the SPP website (either by logging into your customer account, or through passwordless login).
Once logged in, you'll need to open the rewards panel which is the floating pink present icon that says "Rewards" in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
Next, click on Ways to redeem. If you have enough points for one of the rewards, there will be a Redeem button.
To redeem points, you will need to use the points slider to select the amount of point you would like to spend, then click Redeem.
Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.
