- Please download the iZip app so you can unzip the files once they have downloaded to your phone.
- Click the red download button on the order confirmation page or via your order confirmation email.
- The download will commence on your phone and this should be visible down the bottom of your phone during this process. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the files to download as they are large files and depending on your internet speed, this may take a little longer.
- Once the download is complete, you can either save to files and open the download from there using iZip or you can immediately open the files via "copy to iZip" if you already have it installed.
- The iZip app will unzip the files for you and you will find all of your customisation items in this folder. There is a how to instruction booklet inside the zip file for you to read and begin customising your phone.
