I'll be honest, I don't set my goals on the 1st of January. I've learned that I just don't have the mind space during the chaotic festive season, or even January holidays, to be sitting down and planning out the year.

Now that the "new year" dust has settled, it's time to hit the reset button and build sustainable, healthy habits in 2025.ย This year I'm following four simple steps, spread over four separate days. Ready? Grab your planner, block out time in your calendar and let's set up our year together.
